Commission terms and conditions!

All commissions are for personal use ONLY, not commercial! If you need commercial use, please ask me!

( commercial use includes things like streaming assets, youtube assets, art for your buisness, book / album covers etc)
(vocaloid album covers /pv art will be discounted commercial rates as I want to make that lol)

do NOT use my work in any way for NFT / Crypto. i WILL find out.
If you use my art to train AI / "finish" my art with AI you have to send me 500 us dollars

I reserve the right to refuse any commission, and will not draw anything offensive, unlawful or anything I find personally uncomfortable

Please do not commission me purely as an excuse to talk to me (without actually wanting art), it puts me in a weird position T_T

You will own the commission (personal use) but I may use it for commission posts / advertisements, as well as posting it on my social media (credited to you in a watermark)

WILL DRAW :

OCs with reference image, fanart, your MMO character, simple armor / mech (complex is possible but can cost more)

NSFW can cost more (will not do chibi NSFW)

real people ONLY if you have permission from them and you send me a reference image you made in picrew or another character creator / dollmaker, I do not like to work from photos!

all payment is done UPFRONT through Kofi (or contact me for a paypal invoice if you can't use kofi). Refunds are ONLY possible if I have not started the commission (check my progress list on the commissions page) prices are in USD!

I will draw and upload personal art while doing commissions, since I also draw for fun! This does not mean I am not working on yours!
